I bought an item for £65 from Aces early in December. It was out of stock, although there was no indication of this on the website. When the package eventually arrived 10 days later it wasn't the item I ordered. It was an item valued at £8 which was actually the part I wanted to upgrade from. I emailed and phoned, but the attitude was incredibly rude and dismissive. The guy said the item came straight from the manufacturer and Aces didn't check it before sending it on to me, so denied it was their fault. I said I wanted a refund, but he then refused to give a refund of my £65 until I sent his £8 item back! Terrible considering it was Aces mistake! He said he 'wasn't bothered' either way if I ordered it or got a refund! Incredible! I'll send the item back tomorrow, but will report back further if I have any more problems with Aces Electronics.
