  The word promises,promises,promises spring to mind!! Ashtree Direct of Hemel Hempstead made promise after promise to fix mould and damp issues which went on for 6 months and ruined all my contents. Dont let your agent get away with it, go direct to Dacorum Borough Council they deal with private lettings, i arrived to late. Also do not pay up front as issues dont get sorted with this agent, you dont even get replies to your letters of complaint. BEWARE !!! Im not going to let this agent get away
