i've never written on one of these notice boards but contrary to the experience of simon j ,i've dealt with universal for many years and have found threir service to be exemplary. i am in a 36 month agreement with them but every time i have needed to renegotiate with them its been no problem what-so-ever.In fact i think i know them all by first name even the m.d. so if you do need any telephony i'd recomend them highly

Avoid at all costs

Compaints to Ofcom are justified by my experience, Voip systems that do not work and will loose you business. Upgrades to a working system then offered at normal price...! you will pay twice if using Universal and spend most of your time complaining,,,,!
