• terrible bike shop

  Doesnt it strike you as strange how someone writing something as Vague as "really good service" have the same name as the owner of the business... Obviously not very intelligent..is he? Not friendly people. not a friendly service and not a shop id go to for anything Cycle related.

• Everything a cycle shop should not be

  I have had several bad experiences at Dees. The first time, they took three weeks to repair my bike - following which the repair broke immediately. The dismissive manner in which they handled this should have opened my eyes to them. The next time I was in, a very agrressive young man was shouting on the phone to a customer - the gist of the conversation was that the customer, who had recently bought a bike, should not expect to have it put right for free. A year or so later, I went against all instinct and bought a bike for my son at Dees. We were promised a free first service, but when I took it in a few months later, they refused to provide it, saying that too much time had gone by. If you like rude, unfriendly, and expensve service, then Dees is for you. Myself, I now go to Aylesbury or Wycombe, where there are bike shops who value customers and with whom I have spent over a thousand pounds which might otherwise have gone to Dees.l
