In February I bought a Meriva 6 months old. It took them 13 weeks to finally have everything sorted, ie putting mud flaps on, covering a small scratch, taxing it, getting a spare key, and the story goes on and on. After I made a complaint to the manager, no one got back to me, I have chased and chased, they promised me 1 service free, would send me confirmation of this. I have chased the people for this, but not even getting a reply. Again would NOT recommend them in Hemel Hempstead, Never know such bad after service before, when purchased previous cars.
