Disappointed

This shop looks lovely, from both the inside and the exterior, and they have a good selection of dresses. However, the customer service could definitely have been better. Your wedding day is supposed to be one of the most exciting days of your life, but the staff do not make you feel very special. In fact they came across with quite a cold manner. I found a dress that I loved and ordered it. When the dress arrived and I tried it on and there was a big problem with it. I was made to feel that it was my fault. I have since heard other stories from acquaintances who have had similar problems and felt that they were also being blamed for the shops mistakes. One girl's dress had to be re-ordered and didn't arrive in time for her wedding day! This kind of attitude towards an anxious bride does not lend itself to a happy wedding dress shopping experience. Nice dresses, but don't go for the customer service.
