    I don't think I have ever experienced such horrendous customer service in my life. I ordered oil for my heating over a week in advance, they never turned up, when I called to chase they said they weren't coming leaving me with no heating in the snow. When I asked how soon they could next come out I was told over 10 days. They would not accept responsibility that anything was their fault and was patronised and spoken to like a child on the phone, when I asked to speak to a Manager apparantley there isn't one! what can you do!! To add insult to injury they charged my card twice for this and now nearly 3 weeks later am still having to call them every day to chase my money! Beware if they take your money and don't deliver they take over 10 working days to refund it! and you have the pleasure of speaking to someone just as rude and unhelpful every day. I have not once had anyone from this company apologise for the inconvenience and for the fact that they are still holding a large amount of my money just before Christmas. DISGUSTED!
