  A big thanks for responding so promptly and "rescuing" my elderly mother. Really appreciated the advice on how to avoid a further lockout in future. Its reassuring to meet someone who cares about the customer and whats right for them. Definitely 5-star service

• Quality Workmanship

  I'm pleased that I followed my neighbour's recommendation. My new lock was fitted quickly & at a convenient time (no wait for parts to be ordered). The price was more reasonable than many other quotes obtained. I shall pass your card on to other friends

  How refreshing (and helpful) to actually speak to the Locksmith direct rather than go through a call centre. Having used your company on a couple of occasions for my own business, I can vouch that the service offered is indeed 24-hour and that the standard of work is high
