My karate review

I have been doing karate for nearly 3-years now and have reached green belt.Everybody is very nice and the sensei`s are very polite nd helpfull and the lessons are a lot of fun.I do karate to keep fit, for self defence and we learn to have respect for eachother.We also play lots of games which are great fun.I always look forward to karate and especially the gradings and i train 7-8 hours a week.
