Chiltern Physiotherapy is an innovative and dynamic company offering physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis and treatment for a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. We specialise in: Joint & Back Pain, Rehabilitation following orthopaedic surgery such as joint replacements, Arthritic & Rheumatological Conditions & Sports Injuries. Our clinic is based in Chesham but home visits are possible. Our clinic hours include early morning, evening and weekend appointments.
