Unlike other organisations the 'client' is our main concern. We have 4 hearing aid audiologist who can diagnose, explain hearing loss and advise on tactics to manage the affects of living with hearing loss. Having independent business status we can prescribe hearing systems, from any of the world's leading manufacturers, tailored to your individual hearing needs. We have the services of our own resident tininuts expert who has many years in counselling and practical ways of dealing with and manging tinnitus. If a hearing system is purchased we offer a 'no-quibble' 60-day money back guarantee during which the client is seen weekly - more if required, to help adjust to the new 'hearing experience' after this period a client can come as often as they like for the life of the hearing instrument for advice, hearing assessments and fine tuning at NO extra cost.
