Appaling service and quality

2 hours after ordering still no arrival 3 jacket potatoes, 1 toasted ciabatta, pasta and a sandwich with drink and 2 bags of crisps. 2.5 hours for delivery, potatoes burnt, wrong ciabatta filling plus not toasted, 1 bag of crisps, measly pasta portion and no drink. Called to get correct delivery and refund on potatoes - agreed grudgingly, then had to chase by phone again. I waited 3.5 hours for a toasted ciabatta which didn't come as I asked for money off. The drink arrived,so did the crisps and then a waft of money back. Business now closed for the day and the website takes you no-where. Food was unappealing and not to be enjoyed, in fact decorated the bin in most cases. Never again, less than uacceptable service and catering provision.
